here it is... she wanted to build the box so i let her... she got pretty cold toward the end so i finished it up but she did all but2 or 3 of the cuts... she helped me shoot the pilot holes and screws... i did the calculations for the tuning and everything but she was a troop and did very well.... i'll get it in the car this weekend hopefully...

The plug here is a subwoofer enclosure custom fit to the boot of my car and to any other car of the same model. This video specifically covers flanging. WAX = Carnauba wax (release agent). FG = Fiberglass CSM = Chopped Strand Matte(reinforcement) PVA = Polyvinyl alcohol (release agent) Plug = The original item that your creating a mold of. Mold = A negative replica of the plug, specifically a 'tool' mold. All products shown are from FGI Australia. Resin used is standard unwaxed polyester.

well got another car again and of course i installed my system in it lol. so here is a little somethin somethin for the channel oh and i know my subs are underpowered. because of the coil config of these subs i can only go as low as 2 ohm final so im not gettin the full power of the amp when i could run it at 1 ohm
